Fun for families in a magnificent forest setting on the edge of the Blackwood River and to enhance your stay, delight in our delicious cheeses produced on site. Sit on your deck, partake of a bottle of wine and cheese and watch the kangaroos come in for their evening meal. We have six fully self-contained cottages that sleep between two and nine people each. Each cottage has separate bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, bathroom and toilet facilities and comfortable living areas. Our accommodation is very clean and simple - perfectly suited to small to medium groups that need inexpensive short-term accommodation. Our grounds cover pretty bush tracks to walk along and the Blackwood River runs directly opposite our grounds if you are interested in canoeing or other water activities. There are BBQ areas available for use, childrens play areas and plenty of natural wonders that Balingup and surrounding areas are famous for. There are several baby animals that the children can hand feed. Local wineries and other attractions are a short, pleasant drive from our property. BRING YOUR OWN LINEN AND BEDDING, or can be hired for $8.00 per person Directions: 27 kms from Nannup and 14 kms from Balingup. Follow Route 251 - Blackwood River along the Balingup/Nannup Road. Watch out for the Heritage Cheese Signage.
